Varietal, very bright and new, aromas and flavours of dark plums and dark skinned cherry fruits. There’s layers of earth-spice and wood spice then a touch of smoke and baking spice. Youthful and nicely complex, a reflection of the region overall. Dry, well made, taut and needing some cellar time. Best drinking from 2027 through 2032.

Pinot Gris 2025
Marlborough New Zealand
A vibrant expression of Marlborough fruit, this Pinot Gris opens with inviting aromas of
ripe pear, white peach and a touch of citrus blossom. The palate is fresh and medium-
bodied, with luscious stone-fruit flavours balanced by crisp acidity and a subtle mineral
thread. The finish is clean and elegant, leaving a lingering impression of apple skin and
white spice.
Brilliant served lightly chilled and ideal with fresh seafood, fragrant Asian-inspired dishes
or creamy soft cheeses. Enjoy now for its pure fruit character or cellar for up to 2–3 years
to gain a bit more depth.

A bright, expressive Chardonnay showcasing the purity of Marlborough fruit. Aromas of
white peach, citrus blossom, and crisp apple lead into a lively palate of stone fruit and
lemon zest. Crafted without oak, this wine highlights freshness and natural balance, with
a fine mineral finish. Cool stainless-steel fermentation preserves vibrancy, while time on
lees adds subtle texture.

Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Marlborough New Zealand
Bright, vibrant bouquet with classic scents of fresh basil and angelica then tropical fruits of white pineapple and passionfruit. Wet river stone and some seaside air scents suggest a mineral quality. Dry with a subtle sweetness then core flavours of tropical and citrus fruits. There’s no mistaking the acidity and drove accentuating the basil idea from the bouquet. Well made and ready to drink from 2024 through 2027.
